About Us
Equals Solutions were formed by Max McGarvey-Leggett, a Chartered Certified Accountant based in the East of England.

Max trained as an accountant whilst working for Norwich City Football Club, where he worked from the age of 18. Working through a variety of roles including Finance Business Partner and Finance Manager before transferring to the Norwich City Community Sports Foundation working as Financial Controller.

More recently Max held the position of Financial Controller with the Opergy Group where he provided in house Finance and Accounting expertise, along with support to external clients on matters including VAT, Tax Advice, Management Reporting, Statutory Reporting and a range of other professional services.

Max specialises in Sports Finance including FFP and other Premier & Football League reporting, along with Charity Commission returns.
